No longer a hotel - sold as condos

Loved this place when I stayed there years ago, but starting last fall they began selling the units as condos. All have sold now with the final 3 in escrow. No more Cabana Waikiki!

I love this place but.....

The last time I was there (2010), they were not "gay", but gay friendly. No gay flag, no hot tub, the evening social gatherings were gone. There were a couple of straight families there. The women checking us in was very upfront that things had changed, but directed us to all the gay areas in the city. I recently checked their website and they are now selling the suites as condos - very sad.

Clean and cozy

Very clean rooms with nice details. Kitchen fully equipped. The furnitures trully convey the feeling of being on vacation in the Tropics and being at home at rhe same time!
